Middle School Intermediate Band is the first ensemble at Deane Bozeman School.  Under the direction of Mr. Giovanni Pereira the Intermediate Band has a tradition of excellence by continuously pushing forward and upward with their musical abilities to perform at a high level at the Florida Bandmasters Association District 2 Concert Music Performance Assessment and other various performance venues throughout the school year.  As members of the Intermediate Band, students can expect to play a wide variety of musical repertoire that will expand upon their knowledge of music and its inner workings.

Students in this ensemble are expected to practice daily and are highly encouraged to audition for the Bay County All-County Honor Band as well as other honor bands throughout the area.  They are also highly encouraged to participate in the FBA Solo & Ensemble MPA.
